WHOLESALE SALES ONLY
MINIMUM ORDER: All orders must meet a minimum of $50.00 excluding freight charges. Some items require a minimum quantity purchase.
QUANTITY PRICING: All price breaks are based on stated quantities per style, per color. Styles and colors cannot be mixed to achieve quantity pricing.
SHIPPING: All orders are shipped UPS FOB California MO unless otherwise requested. Please allow 48-72 hours for processing of stock orders. Please allow three weeks for processing of custom orders. During peak times additional time may be required. Processing time does not include shipping time.
PAYMENT: We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover/Novus and American Express credit cards for payment. Credit terms of net 15 days are available upon completion, verification and approval of a Zucker Feather Products' credit contract. A credit card is required to place an order using this online catalog unless credit terms have been established prior to placing the order. Accounts desiring credit terms of net 15 days should contact our sales office to request a credit contract to complete. No shipments will be made to past due accounts.
RETURNS: No returns accepted without a Return Authorization Number. A Return Authorization Number may be obtained by calling our office. Merchandise must be returned complete and in its original condition. Return requests must be made within 5 days of receipt of the merchandise. Freight and a 15% restocking charge will be applied on returns. All stock items are returnable, however custom dyed items are not returnable.
INSPECTION SERVICES: US Fish & Wildlife charges a $55 fee for inspection of all pheasant and ostrich feathers being exported from the United States. Inspections must be performed at a "Designated Port of Entry". USDA charges a $31 fee for a Health Export Certificate.
CUSTOM ORDERS: All custom orders must be received in writing, either by fax or mail. All custom orders must be prepaid before the order can be processed unless credit terms have been established prior to placing the order. For custom packaging or dyeing, please allow three weeks for processing. All custom orders are subject to 10% variance.
