Marabou Boas with one ply Ostrich are 2 yards (6 ft) long, and approx 7" in diameter. The marabou in these boas are made from soft Turkey feathers and have one layer of short Ostrich feathers sewn into it.
The short Ostrich feathers added to this boa give it the expensive look of Ostrich without the higher price of an Ostrich Boa. The stencilled Ostrich feathers sewn into this boa is a unique dyeing process that originated in Paris and makes the boa a very unique item.
Ostrich boas can be cut without unraveling as feathers are sewn onto a cotton cord.
