The Peacock boas are 2 yards (6 ft) long, and approx 12-14" in diameter. This boa is made from the Peacock Herl (hairy feathers) and has Peacock eye feathers sewn throughout the boa.
The Peacock herl and Peacock eyes have both been bleached to an eggshell color and can be used like this or dyed colors. The Peacock eyes take the color, but has an iridescent shine to it.
Peacock boas can be cut with wire cutters without unraveling as feathers are sewn onto a nylon cord and cotton-covered wire. This cotton covered wire helps the boa keep its shape and not come untwisted, which enables it to be used as a "Rental" boa.
